Self-pickup is available from our store at 18 Rambam Street, Tel Aviv.

Exchange and returns:
- Unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- A refund for a purchase made on the website will be given for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
- Items may be exchanged or returned in person, free of charge, at our studio store. Address: 18 Rambam St., Tel Aviv, Sun-Thu 11:00-17:00, Friday 10:00-14:00.
- Exchange by courier is available for a round-trip courier fee of 60 NIS. Please contact us on WhatsApp at 053-7837572 to arrange the courier.
Returning an item to us costs a 30 NIS shipping fee. - A refund will be issued less a 5% transaction fee or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
- Custom-designed items and items made to a non-standard size cannot be returned.
All of the above is in accordance with the timeframes and conditions set out in the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010.

Our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in Israel, made of brass (Brass) and finished with gold and silver plating.
Our plating is high quality and water-resistant, and we provide a one-year warranty on it.
That said, other factors can affect the appearance of the jewelry, such as contact with chemicals and the acidity of the skin. To keep your jewelry at its best we therefore recommend avoiding contact with cosmetics and perfume, and removing it during sports or when swimming in the sea or a pool
After the warranty period:
- Repairs are available for a nominal fee.
- If the piece cannot be repaired, we will offer alternatives such as an exchange or a credit, at the team's discretion.
Sensitive to nickel?
- Most of our jewelry is finished with nickel-free plating. Where a piece has this plating, we note it in the product description.
- If a piece is not made with nickel-free plating, the entire item can be ordered with nickel-free plating for anyone sensitive to it, as a special order and at no extra cost.
